Kedarnath, Badrinath and Guptakashi Tour Itinerary

Day 1

Delhi - Guptkashi

Pickup from desired location within Delhi, leave for Guptkashi, Enroute explore places like Devprayag, Rudraprayag, Agustmuni. Reach Guptkashi by evening, overnight stay.

Day 2

Guptkashi - Kedarnath - Guptkashi.

After breakfast, leave for Kedarnath. ( we won’t be responsible for any delays or inconvenience caused for this day, as arrangements not provided by our Company.)

Day 3

After breakfast, leave for Badrinath. Enroute you can take a detour to Tungnath temple on the way or in case you skip tungnath temple you can visit Auli the very same day. Reach Badrinath by evening, Check in at hotel or homestay, followed by dinner. Overnight stay.

Day 4

Badrinath - Mana - Karnprayag

Early morning mandir Darshan, followed by breakfast, and then leave for mana sightseeing. You can also go for a small trek to Vasudhara, it is said that if the waterfall droplets fall at you, you have a pure soul, should visit the place you’ll be mesmerised by the scenic beauty of the place. Later leave for karnaprayag for your overnight stay. Check in followed by dinner.

Day 5

Karnaprayag - Delhi

After breakfast, start your journey for Delhi. Reach Delhi by evening Drop at a desired location within Delhi. Trip ends.

All correspondence in respect of tour/ travel service bookings should be addressed to Frostbite Travel.
PAYMENTS
For all the services contracted, certain advance payment should be made to hold the booking, on confirm basis & the balance amount Destination Guptkashi Nill Badrinath Hotel Bharat shree or similar Karanprayag Shri Krishna Palace Hotel or similar should be paid before your departure from your destination of departure. Full payment should be made before the commencement of the services.
Apart from above in some cases like special train journeys, hotel or resort booking during peak seasons, full payment is required to be sent in advance.
MODE OF PAYMENT
Payment can be made through NIFT/RTGS or cheque as well as cash transactions to our bank.
CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason/s we must be notified of the same in writing or through Email. Cancellation charges would be as follows:
15 days prior to arrival : 40% of the tour/service cost would be charged 10 days prior to arrival : 60% of the tour/service cost would be charged 5 days prior to arrival : 80% of the tour/service cost would be charged 1 days prior to arrival : NO REFUND
NOTE: written cancellation will accept on all working days except for Sundays or any holiday. Any cancellations sent on these days will be considered on next working day. However, the day of holiday would not effect your cancellation charge.
For the peak seasons in any area chosen for visit non refundable policy is applicable.
In case you cancel your trip after commencement, refund would be restricted to a limited amount only which too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from the hotelier/ contractors we patronize. For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation & missed meals etc we do not bear any responsibility to refund.
Note : For genuine cancellations, we can provide partial or full refund, depending upon the actual situation at the time of cancellation. Also, services can be rescheduled for a later date.
OUR LIABILITIES AND LIMITATIONS
Please note that after the finalisation of the tour/ services cost, if there are any hikes in entrance fees of monuments/ museums, taxes, fuel cost or guide charges by the authorities of the same, the same would be charged as extra. Cost of parking, tolls or any other transport related costs are to be paid by the client. Frostbite travel acts only in the capacity of agents for hotels, airline, transporters, railways & contractors providing other services and all exchange orders, receipts contracts & tickets issued by us are issued subject to terms & conditions under which these services are provided by them.
All itineraries are sample itineraries, intended to give you a general idea of the likely trip schedule. Numerous factors such as weather, road conditions, physical availability of the participants etc may dictate itinerary changes either before the tour or while on the trail. We reserved the right to change any schedule in the interest of the trip participants safety, comfort & general well being.
Our rates are based on the prevailing rates as negotiated by us with the hotels, airlines etc. hotels and airlines retain the right to modify the rates without any prior notice. In case of such changes the rates quoted before the modification can be changed by us according to the modifications by hotels or airlines. All hotel bookings are based on usual checkin check out timings of the hotels until and unless indicated in the itinerary.We shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the programme or expenses incurred – directly or indirectly – due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accident, breakdown of machinery or equipments, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, political closures or any untoward incidents. Visitors are advised to seek such insurance arrangements in their home country. All baggages & personal property/s at all times are at the client's risk.
